I was very excited to interview for the Home Maintenance manager role. After the initial phone screening, I was moved on to the local hiring manager for an interview. The first scheduled interview, the manager did NOT show up! It was rescheduled, and he was late! When he did show late, there were no formal interview questions. It was him telling me about himself and his career and then explaining the Pacaso South Florida operations. It was extremely awkward to say the least.
