Do not be fooled. This company DISCRIMINATES. This interview process was fairly easy. I spoke with HR, then the hiring manager, followed by a panel interview via Zoom. I was told several times that I was the only interviewee for this position, and that my skills lined up perfectly with the position. Then, in the final stage I decided to be honest and tell the hiring manager that I'm expecting. This caused a complete 180. They rejected me after leaving me hanging for over a week. Didn't get any of those conversations in writing so I can't file a lawsuit, but I would if I could. Do not work here if you care about equity.
