PSEG Operations Manager interview questions

Interview was very impersonal. Panel had specific questions that they read from a list. There was no introduction other than name and postion. Questions were all situational based and if you did not have experience with that specific situation you could not answer the question. I drove 5 hours spent the night in a hotel on my dime to have a 45 minute interview.
