Community engagement and how my personal experience would qualify me for the role
Met with regional manger, she had a list of questions that I answered, then shadowed someone working in the field. They do this to make sure it would be a good fit for me, then met with director. Then I received a job offer.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PROVAIL
Interview
It was thorough and formal. They asked questions off of a script, and all of the interviewers had the same questions in front of them. There were about three or four interviewers at one time.
