Initial Screening with HR Interview with someone in the Security team 2nd Interview with someone else in the Security team Take home Security work The reason I find the process bad is that they make you jump all these hops and make you do this take away home work and then cant be bothered to write you an email saying that they dont want to continue with me. I would normally expect to be giveb specfic reason why the take home work wasnt good according to them and they didnt even bother send me email at all saying anything. they just can be bothered sending emails telling people they will not continue with them in the process. This should tell you a lot about the company
