I was put with 3 different professionals in the department I applied for. It took awhile to hear back about setting up an interview time but took little time to receive an offer.

What kind of problems have you faced that gave you skills to use in the workplace.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PPL
Interview
The interviewers asked me about my project, and what I would do under certain situations. They also asked me what I learned in class. They did not ask about everything on my resume. They are friendly and welcoming during the interview.
I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at PPL
Interview
Met recruiters at on-campus career fair and applied online. HR requested a phone interview that lasted 50 min and gave overview of hiring process, asked resume questions, 'tell us about yourself', and the behavioral questions. Time was given for me to ask questions as well.
