Initial call is with the recruiter then a zoom call with three or four employees including hiring manager, another manager possibly and any others in operations or the groups the position would support.

Interview
I applied through my college career site after meeting a recruiter at a career fair on campus. I interviewed on campus. My interviewer was so sweet and asked mostly behavioral questions like, name a time when... Then I got a call back and drove down to their office and went through 5, 30 minute interviews with the team that I would be working with during my internship. They all seemed to love their job and PPG. I would highly recommend this internship. It paid well; as much as the large financial firms in the area.
