I have first meeting with HR and direct manager. Second meeting few weeks after with N+2. Smooth communication and quick feedback when I sent mail. Final decision took time. I had to remind by mail to have follow-up accordingly.

The most unprofessional interview process I’ve ever had.
First I was head hunted by an Italian TA.
No one discuss your package until the final interview, and they don’t answer your questions regarding the compensation.
I Had final interview with two old unprofessional managers, they had a very bad internet connection and a very weak english accent to understand.
They keep interrupting you and log out during the call which will make you uncomfortable.
