HR was very efficient. There was only two rounds of interviews by HR and team. There was no technical question during the interview. You do not need to have experience in clinical trials before.

First was a quick screening call with HR and then a few weeks later I had a one hour behavior based interview with 2 people managers. They took turns asking situational questions.

Quick and painless. They were super nice and engaging. It started with a initial screening and then they bump you to the hiring manager. Highly recommend. Great company. Good benefits.
