Very poor communication on their behalf. Never contacted after going through multiple round of interview and I even reached out for an update to which they told me it was ongoing. Still months later never contacted.

They called me phone interview it was out of no where because the found my resume on indeed so I just wanted to check it out. It was a phone interview that lasted only 30 min I haven't decided whether I want to accept or not

Panel team of bosses. First started with emails, then phone screenings, then told to contact a placement agency. The first interview in person was over 3 hours long with several different rooms of people. Long questions, all asked the same questions. Then I was told to apply for a different lab position. Interview process started all over. More phone calls, emails, told to contact placement agency ... again. Then in person interview for 2 hours.
