The interview was relatively standard for the industry. Meet with three different interviewers, all very nice. All attempted to gauge my abilities in the role with several technical and behavioral questions. Nothing too in depth on the technical side, but general knowledge of techniques the job would require is important. Ability to relate past experiences to growth as a scientist significant.

Tell me about the work you performed in your previous research position?
It was a multi-interview process. The first interview was a general interview with a recruiter. The next interview was with two managers. It lasted an hour, 30 minutes to interview with each manager.

Very short and easy. Asked a few technical questions and focused on the resume. The interview consisted of two 30 minute sessions. There was one initial interview with the HR department and then a second interview with the mangers of the lab.
