PPD Associate Director interview questions

Straight forward interview. Started with HR and then meet with Hiring manager before meeting with other stakeholders. It was nice to meet with various people across the team to get their expectations of the role.

Phone screen. Phone interview with hiring managers. Face-to-face interview with 2 out of 3 hiring managers. Then got ghosted for nearly 5 weeks after the interviews. Had to send multiple e-mails to finally hear back from the recruiter that they decided to pursue another candidate. Also, had no specific feedback for me and actually said they liked me a lot and I interviewed well. So I walked away with nothing critical and only having wasted 2 months of my time from beginning to end.
