      Project Manager Interview

      27 Feb 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Playa Vista, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at POSSIBLE (Playa Vista, CA) in Dec 2017

      Interview

I was contacted from human resources. After asking my availability it looks over a week to schedule the interview. After that interview was scheduled it was moved to another date. The interview took over 2 hours. I took an offer elsewhere while waiting to hear back from Possible. There lack of communication is what will cost them losing great candidates. After starting my new role I reached out again to HR to setup time to reconsider the project manager role. The interview was set and then changed yet again. Unfortunately, I was unable to make the interview due to a family emergency. When HR reached out to me, they were condescending and rude. I would expect them to have a bit of understanding and leniency after rescheduling on me several times.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They just asked generic questions about my experience and projects I have worked on.

      Project Manager Interview

      9 Jul 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Seattle, WA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at POSSIBLE (Seattle, WA) in Jun 2017

      Interview

Applied for a PM position, and then they contacted me about an open Senior PM role. Phone interview first with HR, then in person interviews with 3 team members. All standard questions, etc. I was not offered the role, as there was another candidate who was a better fit. No worries at all. What rubbed me the wrong way though, was that the HR individual who let me know that I was no longer in the running did so through an email from a "no-reply" email address. Sending the message that she didn't want to hear from me again, even if it was just to say thank you. All in all the process was good; quick and professional, but I was left with a bad taste in my mouth at the end
