A recruiter put me in touch with the company and I came in for an interview a few days later. The team was really nice to me, and everyone was easy to talk to. They gave me a follow up project as the second part of applying to work there, and although I didn't get an offer, they were really communicative with me throughout the process and had the decency to tell me I didn't get it. Not all companies will do that.
