I did two job interview - they squeezed in the three process in 2 by having two members of the leadership in the first job interview which wasn't really practical as they didn't prepare to know who's going to talk at one time.
Second interview was better but not really informative into what was the offer - then they basically ghost candidates which show a total disregard of candidate. The HR person is unreachable and when you finally reach them on the phone they are rather disrespectful and complain about the line as if is in my power. One of the worst process I came across.
