There were the normal behavioral questions asked by members of the management team. There was also some technical questions about how you’d go about troubleshooting a specific issue in the process.

I had a phone interview with the plant engineer as well as another engineer. It was primarily the plant engineer who did all the talking. The questions they asked were pretty standard and I heard back within a couple weeks

Progressed as usual from phone interview to a plant interview. The plant manager and other personnel were very professional and easy to speak with. The usual kind of questions that as long as you have done some research on the process, shouldn't be a problem.
