Applied through campus job search website and was emailed 2 weeks later to setup a phone interview with one of the managers. I decided not continue with the interview process but was told that the next step was to be invited to the Super Day. This takes place at their headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA.

Nice and easy real laid back and relaxed nothing extra as far a the questions go I really was super surprised that it was quick and efficient. I really enjoyed interviewing with this company and cannot wait to start work.

Met at college job fair, then on campus interview, then selected and flown out to SuperDay to Pittsburgh. Started off with a breakfast meet and greet. Then a full day of 3 interviews with different finance professionals.
