Very easy interview. 100% behavioral and it's clear they're looking for a sociable, people's person. The most technical it'll get is asking you to pitch a stock you like or talk about your view on the market.

Hirevue interview and then formal interview for internship. Followed up with decision if you got the job or not. Overall process was pretty standard for internship interview. There is a standard panel of interviewers.

Applied online then was invited to complete the hirevue. Was called a few weeks later and invited to the superday. The interview was very casual and conversational, no technical questions asked. Mostly behavioral questions. The interview consisted of two half hour interviews with 1-2 interviewers each.

First, there was an on campus in person interview. Next round was a Super Day at the headquarters in Pittsburg. The Super Day consisted of 6 rounds of interviews each lasting 30 minutes.
