Phone interview, followed by interview in person with 2 hiring manager in 1 week. They made sure I understood about the job and asked relevant questions. Got an offer in 3 days.

Questions were clear and simple - your sales and customer services experiences, reasons you are applying and your career goal.
Three interviews: phone, group and one on one it was very organized. The process was simple. Recruiter were helpful. They asked questions to each person. We all had plenty of time to answer. The process was not rushed at all.

How did you handle not meeting client expectations
The interview process went pretty quickly first you talk with a require who sets you up with a face to face interview. After the face to face interview I reviewed a call back the following day. Altogether took about 2 weeks.
