rush through calls, don't have answers, poorly informed, non-professional, rude.
Many openings but all commission driven with lousy benefits. Seems like they
are deperate. Recruities don't understand market.

Recruiter, then direct supervisor, phone interviews, described the role and compensation. really looking for a good fit as opposed to just looking for another body. The process was good and I decided it wouldn't be a good fit for me at this time early on saving a lot of effort. They were very nice and under different circumstances I would be willing to work with them.
