I applied online and was contacted by HR to set an appointment for a telephone screening. One week after that, I received a phone call to set up a face to face interview with the Branch Manager. That interview went very well. They offered me the position officially within a week. I knew I had the job, I was pretty sure I was what they were looking for. The offer was low. Always negotiate. I didn't, lesson learned.
