I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group (Grand Rapids, MI) in Jul 2013
Interview
Pretty good. Phone interview then in person. The questions talked about work history and what not. School didn't matter. Experience wasn't a huge issue. Overall the interview was awesome for me. But it think it will vary by interviewer. The in person inter view was 1 hour long. The time inverted was a week. I started and was thrown into it all immediately.

Interview
After scheduling a brief meetup at nearby Starbucks, we discussed my work history, what made me switch careers, and how my experience would tie into the new position. The interviewers were extremely accommodating to my existing work schedule at the time.
Few days later, I received follow-up phone call from the recruiter offering me the position, which I accepted.

Interview
Very intense, recruiter was a little much . The process itself was fine and the questions were typical. Just felt like it was a demeaning interview almost. Could have been a little better.
