90 Minute interview with 2 branch managers. Very detailed questions about past experience and situation questions based on the position. Very thorough explaining the responsibilities. Some repetitive questions, just worded differently. When I left, I felt like I understood the position and the requirements to be successful

A telephone interview with general behavioral questions followed by an in person interview with the branch manager. 2 days after the interview received a verbal offer through phone followed by a written offer letter via email.

Interview
After scheduling a brief meetup at nearby Starbucks, we discussed my work history, what made me switch careers, and how my experience would tie into the new position. The interviewers were extremely accommodating to my existing work schedule at the time.
Few days later, I received follow-up phone call from the recruiter offering me the position, which I accepted.
