I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group (Pittsburgh, PA) in Jun 2009
Interview
The interview process was pretty straightforward. They liked my resume but it seems that they were probably disappointed as I was a little younger than they (interviewers) were, perhaps. Interviewed with a peer (a project manager), the lead or program manager, and an AVP. Each 1:1 was 30 mins long, with various discussions. The peer interview was more of what can I bring to the table, what do I think etc. The AVP was next and it was time for me to convince him that I was a valuable asset to the project, which in hindsight I did a poor job of doing so - thus no offer. The program mgr was a little too busy for me and thus we had a rushed discussion such as what do I currently do, where do I see myself, etc. I was disappointed that I didn't get an offer, but if I did this again, I would do a better job.

Question 1
What do I currently do and how can I bring that as a valuable asset to the office your interviewing for?
