Interview
Due to the volume of people it was chaotic and felt like a cattle ranch rather than a process to get people into the right roles. These interviews and processing were for temporary roles.

Question 1
Very basic. generally if you were alive, fit and could pass a drug / alcohol test you were in.

Had to bring the relative documents, did the drug test.
There was an introduction on how we should be working in the warehouse, e.g, safety etc.
There was a presentation on the points system for being late or conducting any offences.

Interview
Well, after you apply online you get a mail (on short notice) with the place, time and docs you need for the interview. The interview is inducted by two persons in a large room, this is not a one on one interview, basically the two interviewers are telling you how to fill out the forms that they previously give you.
