Brief and easy since oil prices are up, the turnaround in this company is high since it requires you being away from home all the time. Long hours driving is a pain too.

Came in to the office and I found Dearls desk. He is a very nice guy and easy to talk to. We just talked about random stuff for awhile and he basically offered the job on the spot. Overall a good experience.
