Phone screening, then an in person interview, then a working interview; very straight forward questions. The in person interview is you meeting four or five other people, mostly supervisors. The working interview is very straight forward as well; I think they try to schedule your working interview when they've got a busier schedule to see if you can handle the work load and to give you no surprises about what it's like working there.
