I applied only in November of 2011. Received an interview in February 2012. One in person interview with two senior analysts. Normal interview questions to determine my knowledge and experience. Basically offered me the job in the interview without actually offering the job.

How well do you know excel? This included a made up function to see if I was telling the truth.

Interview
Overall, a 2 month process from application to offer. 2 phone interviews with same person, mostly behavioral. First interview was 45 minutes after scheduled time due to interviewers meeting running overtime, he was clearly agitated but extended second round interview offer at the end of the call. Second round questions had some overlap with first round and interviewer was in much better mood.

Submitted Online Resume. Received a call within 2-business days to schedule an in person interview. Interviewed with two P.L. Marketing staffers for about an hour (questions below). Was told they would get back to me either way (offer or decline) within 5-10 business days.
