Very informal over the phone interview.. They lied about the salary in the job posting offer. Saying 60-80k per year plus bonus and commission pay, then tried to offer 24$ an hour for training and 25$ after.. said oh they make about 30$ an hour with commission which sounded like a lie too.

I filled out an online application then got a call to set up the interview. Interview was given by general manager that is actually a corporate manager that restarts failed stores. Manager gave me the basics of the business and asked my qualifications. We went through what they offered and what was expected of me. I was told about employee benefits and that I would get a dollar raise after 3 months, which was never given. I was told that previous employees had screwed that up for me when my 3 months were up. At the end of the interview I was given the option to come in the next day and do a ride along to see if I liked the work or not. I liked that because you can never know what it's like without doing it. I was hired the next day.
