There was an initial screening call which was fairly informal and relaxed. The second stage was a panel interview structured with 10 questions, both online. Third stage meeting with CEO.
After application is accepted, it's a group interview with about 7-10 other candidates in which you go through various tasks together in each room as well as situational questions to assess leadership and managerial potential

Interview consisted of a panel of 3. Interviewers were friendly and asked basic behavioral and technical questions pertaining to the role. The panel wasn't hostile, was polite, and were very respectful.
