Superday in New York office: 6 interviews. Half an hour each. Every interview has 2 interviewers. Mostly behavioral. Only one out of the 6 is technical.

Very smooth process, I enjoyed talking with the employees there who were all very friendly and knowledgeable in their field. Would reccomend to others, it is a great company to work for
It all starts with the initial hr screen. You then have multiple conversations with different managers on the team. They will also include one with the head. Overral very behavioral in nature.
HR will provide you with the interviewers’ backgrounds, which is very helpful. The people there are friendly and the overall culture is positive. The questions are quite standard and not overly difficult. Just stay confident—they look for well-rounded candidates who can combine strong communication with solid technical skills.
