first round is the phone screen with HR；second round is to meet with the senior managers in the team, pretty conversational. Final round is with three directors in the team, they just went through the question list, it's not conversational at all, everyone just kept asking me the same questions. After my final round, I followed up with the HR twice, she just ghosted me. it's been one and a half month. This is super unprofessional, no respect to the candidate after I spent so much time in researching the company info and meet with 7 people .
