Process included one call with the recruiter, followed by 4 video interviews. Whole process took about 2 months and about another to complete initial hire paperwork. Everyone there is very friendly and receptive.
I had three separate interviews with current Directors of different capital sources. Each lasted about 30 minutes. Each posed a different challenge or scenario to answer. Overall I found the process to be balanced but rigorous.
