PES interview questions

They ask you if you would like to be paid under the table. They said you don't have to pay taxes to the government and it will be like you don't exist. But what happens if you get injured on the job? If you don't exist, you can't get Workmen's Comp Insurance. What if they don't want to pay you for all of your hours? Who are you going to complain to? You don't exist.

The interview took place as a panel interview with the Technical Director, Girad Point Technical Services Manager and Point Breeze Technical Services Engineer. Following the technical interview, the Human Resources explained company benefits. A brief in-car refinery tour was conducted with the process engineers followed by lunch. Overall, I am very impressed with the technical team at PES and would recommend the company to any other potential candidates.
