Interview
The interview process was fairly decent, I had 2 rounds of interview with 2 Hiring Managers.
It was more of a behavioral interview based on my current role. They asked several questions on tell me about a time. The Hiring Managers were really nice and I enjoyed the overall process.
The only drawback is their compensation is too low as compared to the standards in California.

Applied online for the job, was reached out by the Hiring Manager. Had 2 video interviews with 2 managers and was given an offer. The overall process was simple, it took approximately 6 weeks from the first interview to getting an offer.

Interview
I went through a series of interviews in one day. Interviewed by various people. Professional environment. Nice building. They made the decision the same day. But then started changing reporting structure and introducing other changes different from what was discussed during the interview.
