They didn't even look at my resume prior to the interview and were extremely rude. The job description didn't align with their actual requirements and lacked crucial responsibilities. During the interview, the interviewer interrupted me after 10 seconds of listing my experience for no reason. Despite having a master's degree and years of experience, they deemed me too inexperienced for their desired position, which only required an associate's degree. Even if offered another interview, I would decline due to their disrespectful behavior. Their disorganization during the scheduled call and inability to read a one-page resume raises concerns about their basic competency.
