Technical rounds include probability, brainteaser, and estimation questions. The difficulty of these questions was easier relative to other trading firms,
There were multiple behavioral interviews as well, and company fit seemed to be stressed a lot during the interview process.
Start with OA - IQ type mixed with very basic probability and expected value questions. Then, a short phone screen following with basic behaviorals and a short mental math section.

First step is an OA assessment, then a 1 hour interview composed of 30 minute behavioral with one employee, and 30 min technical (logic and mental math problems) with another employee
