I applied in-person. I interviewed at PDS Health (Beaumont, CA) in Sept 2025
Interview
The interview lasted around an hour. It was 30 minutes longer than it needed to be. The same questions were asked that are on my resume. Dr. asked about my favorite foods, my hobbies etc.. After hour long questioning I became bored and tuned out without showing signs of being uninterested.
I applied online. I interviewed at PDS Health (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2014
Interview
Thorough. Great experience. Liked the people and the processes. Went over company culture and history and expectations . Very strong growth all over the Dallas Fort Worth area. As well as California. Good bandits and pay structure.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PDS Health (Murrieta, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
The interview process as short and uncomfortable. I was interviewed by three individuals, who asked me different questions. Two put it all in a nut shell, it was very tacky and unnecessary. Almost as if it were a game, knowing that most people don't get a fair chance to even stay, at that company to change it for the better. Oh! and when I fill out the application before the interview, they give me a dental assistant test, which I passed with 100%
