Interview
I was contacted via LinkedIn by a Sr Recruiter with Pacific Dental Services. We scheduled a phone interview first, and she contacted me at the time she said she would. She was very knowledgable about the organization, and able to answer all of my questions regarding the structure, the role and the culture. I immediately became impressed with Pacific Dental Services upon this first phone call. From there, she explained next steps and immediately started scheduling my next interviews. She confirmed everything by email after the conversation. She also took the time to follow up with me to hear my thoughts after each interview. I had a great interview experience with Pacific Dental Services and happily accepted the opportunity! The Recruiter I worked with did an excellent job and is a great ambassador!
