PDP Group, Inc. Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

Don't waste your time.Everything I read on this website was TRUE. Very unprofessional with no communication skills whatsoever. The recruiter is even the worst, she will call you to go in for interview but then will ignore your emails and call when following up. It shows you a lot about the inside of the company. Over a month later not news.

Unorganized with very simple questions. They have a one sheet paper with all of the common questions. The interviewer wore jeans and a t-shirt. They weren't even sure if a conference room was available for my interview. I did two interviews with two separate people.
