Conversation with HR over the phone. Met with HR. Had a detailed discussion about the length of employment, salary, etc. Got the offer letter from HR the next day over email, and accepted the offer.

Interview
I was screened over the phone and called for interview. First thing done was English language and editing, writing test. I scored good in the test. And then there was discussion with the Chief Editor and the HR Manager. They liked me and asked to join the following week. Negotiation for salary package was won by them.
