There were ~8 pre-recorded questions to answer through an online portal where you record your answers (I think one attempt for each question), then interview Teams call interview with HR reps.
Candidates complete a one-way SparkHire interview, with unlimited preparation time and multiple recording attempts per question, allowing thoughtful responses without live interaction or scheduling constraints during the application screening stage.
