Interview
There were 2 interviews. The first with HR and the second with the hiring manager plus 2 developers. It was via zoom call the HR interview lasted 30 minutes and the interview with hiring manager almost 1 hour
The IT Support interview process usually starts with resume screening, followed by a phone or video screening. It then includes technical assessments on troubleshooting, OS, and networking, plus behavioral questions, ending with a final interview with the hiring manager or team.
The interview had several stages beginning with a phone screen by recruiter that pretty asked me questions checking if my resume really fit the role. I then had a Zoom call with the hiring manager. This interview was about an hour long where we discussed more about my experience and they took time explaining what the role involved. I impressed during this phase and finally had 3 other calls with other managers who assessed my cultural fit.
