I went in and asked to speak with the deli manager after uploading my resume in response to two jobs, one posted as starting at $22, the other posted as starting at $15. The interview went well, but they told me they'd only be able to start me around $12. I was called the next day and told they'd decided to go in a different direction with their hiring.
