PBK interview questions

Inexperienced, uneducated recruiter made the interview impossible. The recruiter said flat out “I am not familiar with this role so bear with me.” And then proceeded to not know ANYTHING about the role and could not answer any of my questions. Why would such a renowned company have such an embarrassing recruiter? She was nervous mumbling over her words and instead of asking me actual questions about my qualifications, she read off the job application asking me if I had experience with each bullet point and admitted she had no idea what any of it meant. This is so embarrassing for such a big company.

My first interview was virtual with a recruiter, it went pretty smooth. She asked me about my background and experience. Second interview was also virtual with the CTO and he went into details about my experience and current job. Third interview was in person with the CTO and two other people. They asked me how can I improve the process, apply changes, and showcase my skills.
