Easy, informative about the company, asks about my life and what things I have done, if I have done any volunteer work and what was the most meaningful and why, what contacts or connections I have in the schools in my area, and how I would handle different scenarios that could arise with the job. Offers lots of support and advice for job performance.

Application submitted and called back by Vice President of company. Very personable and relaxing. The best interview I have ever had taken part in. They make a point to get a sense of who you are personally not just what’s on paper.
