Had a couple long and very successful interviews, went to dinner with their team as part of a final interview of sorts and then was ghosted. Never heard back from them, I had just lost my grandfather at the time otherwise I would have emailed them asking for an update but I found it incredibly unprofessional of them to ghost me after a long and personal process.

Interview
Poorly written job description and very misleading. The job is on site M- TH and remote Friday. The job listed % on site and stated flexible work schedule. Also ambiguous was the amount of travel. The VP literally said “could be a lot, could be a little”. I see employees in the position are remote so it seems the new candidate will be handling the travel for the seasoned professionals in this position. Also no reply from Upper Management. Poor representation of the culture.

Interview
Very laid back interview. From what I remember, the interviewer just asked a few questions about myself. After that, the interviewer offered me the position on the spot I believe.
