We are sorry that your interview experience with PAM's Auto was very harsh. It looks like you interviewed in 2011. We have changed several things about our interview process since then, hopefully in a positive way. We apologize that you or your friends did not receive follow up phone calls after the interview process. During the process, we do let candidates know that we will reach out if we are interested and give a timeline in which we will reach out at that time, generally in the next day or two. We believe most companies handle their interview process in this way as it can be difficult to follow up with every candidate that is interviewed. Again, we do apologize that this created a bad experience for you and if our perception of how other companies handle the interview process is wrong. We appreciate your interest in working here at PAM's Auto and are truly sorry you feel we did not care enough to follow up.
