PACTT Learning Center Classroom Paraprofessional interview questions

Applied via e-mail/website. Was called a few days later and had a mini-phone interview, then asked to come in to have a physical interview at the school. The physical interview was professional but semi-informal with just the school principal. Lasted about 30 minutes. Asked about prior experiences working with individuals with developmental disabilities (especially autism). Questions varied regarding experience with: IEPs, behavior & classroom management, crisis intervention, etc. Post-interview was given tour of school, introduced to students and staff.
