Video interview which was mostly competency based questions such as tell us a time you’ve dealt with a difficult customer etc. The interviewer’s were nice and it felt relaxed, I interviewed on a Wednesday and they told me they’d get back to me by the Friday. Instead, I got a rejection email a week later on Christmas Eve which wasn’t very pleasant to receive.
